Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of a regional language (for state-based airports) or foreign language is a bonus.

Physical Standards: Height requirement (generally 155 cm for females, 170 cm for males for certain roles). Presentable appearance and good communication skills are evaluated during interviews.

Age: 18 to 27 years for freshers. Mandatory: No visible tattoos on hands, neck, or face for customer-facing roles.
