ITI Apprentice (Fitter): Engine assembly and powertrain fitting for trucks and buses. Torque specification adherence and quality control on assembly line.

ITI Apprentice (Electrician): Electrical system assembly, wiring harness fitting, and electrical testing for trucks and buses.

BE/BTech Graduate Engineer: Engineering functions in Design, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D (CNG/LNG/EV powertrain), Supply Chain, and Exports. 1-year rotational GET program.
Defence Vehicle Specialist: Specialized roles for candidates with DRDO/BEML/defence manufacturing exposure for Ashok Leyland's defence vehicle division (produces LPTA trucks, FMBTs, and multi-axle vehicles for Indian Army).
Salary and Benefits
ITI Apprentices receive a monthly stipend of ,10,500–,12,500. Diploma holders joining as Diploma Engineer Trainees receive ,22,000–,30,000/month during the training year, with post-confirmation salary of ,28,000–,35,000. BE GETs earn ,28,000–,35,000 during training and ,35,000–,45,000 after confirmation.
