Eligibility and CTC
Qualification: Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering. A valid GATE score is absolutely mandatory.
CTC: The Cost to Company (CTC) for a fresh MT in BPCL is a staggering ,17.0 Lakhs per annum. This includes basic pay, massive DA, HRA (if accommodation is not provided), medical benefits, and high performance-related pay (PRP).
