Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) is the second-largest car manufacturer in India and the country's largest passenger car exporter. Operating a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Sriperumbudur near Chennai, and an R&D center in Hyderabad, Hyundai is heavily investing in the Indian EV market with models like the Ioniq 5 and Kona.
The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) program at HMIL is a one-year accelerated learning path. Engineers are exposed to Hyundai's rigorous Korean quality control systems, lean manufacturing, and advanced robotics on the assembly line.
Eligibility and Salary
Educational Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics & Communication Engineering. A strict minimum of 70% or 7.0 CGPA throughout 10th, 12th, and B.Tech is required. No active backlogs.
Age Limit: 25 years.
