Eligibility and Massive CTC
Educational Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech in Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks (55% for reserved categories). A valid GATE score is strictly required.
Age Limit: Maximum 26 years for the General category.
Compensation: The starting basic pay is ,50,000 (Grade A0). However, the gross CTC offered is an incredible ,16.5 Lakhs to ,17.0 Lakhs per annum. This includes basic pay, DA, HRA, PRP, medical facilities, and massive location-based allowances (for refinery postings).
