Available Positions

Junior Engineer (Diploma Holder): Production & Manufacturing roles covering assembly, machining, and quality inspection at plant level.

Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET): Engineering roles in Design, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Purchase for BE/BTech freshers. These trainees go through a structured 1-year rotational program before confirmation.

Shift Supervisor (Experienced): Minimum 2–3 years of plant experience required. Responsibilities include production target achievement, quality SOP adherence, and team management on the shop floor.

Eligibility & Salary

Diploma holders (Mechanical/Electrical/Production/Auto) with 60%+ marks are eligible for Junior Engineer roles. BE/BTech graduates (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Production/Auto/Mechatronics) with 60%+ are eligible for GET roles.

Salary: Junior Engineers: ,18,000–,22,000/month. GETs: ,25,000–,32,000/month during training period. After GET confirmation (after 1 year), salary goes up to ,38,000–,45,000/month. Benefits include PF, ESI, medical, annual bonus, and subsidized transportation from plant city centers.

Walk-In Process

Candidates need to carry updated resume, 2 passport photos, all original educational certificates from 10th to highest qualification, and a government ID. The walk-in process involves an on-the-spot aptitude test (technical + logical reasoning), followed by a technical interview with department heads, and an HR interview. Offers are typically made within 24–48 hours for shortlisted candidates. Walk-in venues are at Tata Motors plant gates or designated community halls in Pune, Jamshedpur, Lucknow, and Sanand.
