Available Positions

ITI Trade Apprentice (Fitter): Assembly line operations for Apache, Jupiter, iQube. Quality check, torque wrench application, sub-assembly work.

ITI Trade Apprentice (Electrician): Wiring harness, electrical testing, battery pack assembly for EV iQube.

ITI Trade Apprentice (Electronics Mechanic): ECU diagnostics, instrument cluster assembly, connected vehicle (Smartxonnect) module testing.

Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET): For Diploma holders in Mechanical, Electrical, ECE, Production Engineering. Production floor supervision, quality control, process improvement using Six Sigma tools.

Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET): For BE/BTech graduates. Cross-functional roles in Design, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Supply Chain. 1-year rotational training program before confirmation.

Salary & Benefits

ITI Apprentices receive a monthly stipend of ,10,000–,12,000 during the 1-year apprenticeship period. Upon completion and absorption as a regular worker, the salary jumps to ,18,000–,24,000 per month. Diploma Engineer Trainees earn ,20,000–,28,000 per month during training, rising to ,28,000–,35,000 after confirmation. Graduate Engineer Trainees receive ,25,000–,30,000 per month during the training year, with a post-confirmation salary of ,35,000–,40,000 per month.
